Toronto Chefs, Restaurateurs and Sommeliers to participate in a Greater Toronto Area (GTA) industry consultation session that will be hosted at the Hart House on April 14th, 2009.

•    Participate in an interactive local Ontario food and wine tasting
•    Share your success and challenges in supporting local (Ontario) food and beverages in your establishments.
•    Contribute to solutions to advance the GTA as an international culinary destination
•    Return on investment – what culinary tourism can do to increase your returns.
